Career Pivot + LinkedIn Package ($997) – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Career Pivot + LinkedIn Package, a comprehensive career repositioning and LinkedIn optimization service provided by Digital Butterfly Communications, LLC/AnaGoehner.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our service and outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

By purchasing and using our Career Pivot + LinkedIn Package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Overview

Our Career Pivot + LinkedIn Package includes:

• A 60-minute career positioning session to clarify your pivot strategy
• Resume review with detailed feedback and template for implementation (you update your own resume with our guidance)
• Complete LinkedIn profile optimization with strategic keywords and achievement-focused content
• Job Search Strategy Document with personalized guidance
• 22-video library with LinkedIn, resume, and job search tutorials
• Templates for networking, profile updates, and job searching
• 30 days of email support for questions and guidance
• One 45-minute follow-up call (scheduled 3-4 weeks after profile delivery)

This service does NOT include:

• Career exploration or “finding your passion” coaching (you must already have a target role in mind)
• Done-for-you resume writing (we provide review, feedback, template, and guidance; you implement)
• Direct implementation into your LinkedIn profile (you will implement our guidance yourself)
• Unlimited revisions or ongoing coaching beyond the included support period
• Access to your LinkedIn account or login credentials

3. Eligibility & Application Process

To access this service, you must:

1. Submit full payment (or first installment if payment plan is offered)
2. Have a target role or career direction in mind (this is NOT a career exploration service)
3. Have an updated resume ready to share
4. Be a manager or director making a strategic career pivot
5. Provide necessary information via intake questionnaire:
   • LinkedIn Profile URL
   • Current resume
   • Target job title(s) and industry
   • Career pivot goals and positioning
6. Schedule and attend the 60-minute career positioning session
7. Review and implement our guidance for both resume and LinkedIn profile
8. Stay engaged throughout the 5-8 week timeline

We reserve the right to decline service if:

• You are unclear on your career pivot direction or need extensive career exploration
• You are not a manager or director level professional
• You require services outside the scope of this offering (e.g., executive coaching, industry-specific consulting)

4. Payment Terms

Standard Payment:

• Full payment of $997 is required upfront to secure your spot
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Payment Plans (Offered Case-by-Case Only):

• Payment plans are not publicly advertised and are offered at our sole discretion
• If offered, the payment plan structure is: 2 payments of $550 each = $1,100 total
• First payment of $550 is due upfront to secure your spot
• Second payment of $550 is due before final profile delivery
• Failure to submit the second payment on time will result in project pausing until payment is received
• No refunds on payment plan installments once paid
• If you booked a $147 LinkedIn Profile Audit within the past 14 days, your $147 payment will be credited, reducing your total to from $997 to $850 (or $450 + $500 = $950 if on payment plan)

All sales are final once the career positioning session is completed.

5. Timelines & Deliverables

Our service typically follows this timeline:

Week 1 – Payment & Positioning Session:

• Submit payment and complete intake questionnaire
• Schedule and attend 60-minute career positioning session

Week 1-2 – Resume Review:

• We provide detailed resume feedback, template, and guidance
• You update your resume based on our recommendations

Week 2-4 – LinkedIn Profile Optimization:

• We create your optimized LinkedIn profile content and Job Search Strategy Document
• Delivery within 5-8 weeks depending on client responsiveness

Week 4-6 – Implementation & Support:

• You implement optimized content into your LinkedIn profile
• 30 days of email support for questions and guidance

Week 6-8 – Follow-Up Call:

• One 45-minute follow-up call scheduled 3-4 weeks after profile delivery
• Review progress, answer questions, refine strategy

Important Timeline Notes:

• Total timeline: 5-8 weeks depending on how quickly you provide materials and implement feedback
• If 30+ days pass without client feedback or engagement: We will send a check-in email to ensure you’re ready to proceed
• If no response within 2 weeks of check-in email: Your project will be paused until you’re ready to re-engage
• Once paused, you have up to 90 days to resume your project; after 90 days, the service is considered complete with no refunds

6. Session Format & Recording

• Career positioning session and follow-up call are conducted via Google Meet
• Calls may be recorded for note-taking and transcription purposes only
• Recordings are not shared with you unless specifically requested
• All session information is kept confidential

7. Resume Review & LinkedIn Implementation

• Resume: We provide detailed feedback, a professional template, and implementation guidance. You update your own resume based on our recommendations.
• LinkedIn: We provide optimized profile content and strategic guidance. You implement the content into your LinkedIn profile yourself.
• We do NOT:
  • Write your resume from scratch
  • Log into your LinkedIn account or make changes directly
  • Provide unlimited revisions (support is provided during the 30-day email support period)

8. No Guarantees

While we provide strategic career positioning, resume guidance, and LinkedIn optimization, we do NOT guarantee:

• Job offers, interviews, or recruiter outreach
• Immediate career pivot success or visibility improvements
• Any specific career outcome resulting from our service

What we DO guarantee:

• Expert career positioning guidance tailored to your pivot
• Detailed resume review with actionable feedback and template
• Professionally optimized LinkedIn profile with strategic keywords
• Personalized Job Search Strategy Document
• Access to 22-video library and templates
• 30 days of email support
• One 45-minute follow-up call

9. Refund Policy

• No refunds once the career positioning session is completed
• If you choose not to proceed before the positioning session, you may reschedule once within 30 days
• Positioning sessions and follow-up calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
• No-shows without prior notice will result in the session being considered completed, with no refunds
• Payment plan clients: No refunds on installments already paid; failure to pay second installment will result in project pause

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All personal and professional information you provide will be treated confidentially
• We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law
• We do NOT store your LinkedIn login credentials (we do not access your account)
• You may opt to have your before-and-after profile transformation shared for marketing purposes, but this is optional and requires written consent via email or LinkedIn direct message

11. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your career history, pivot goals, and target roles
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner to keep the project on track
• Implement resume and LinkedIn guidance yourself
• Communicate promptly if you need to pause or reschedule
• Understand that your engagement and responsiveness directly impact the project timeline

12. Intellectual Property Rights

• The customized resume feedback, LinkedIn profile content, and strategy documents we create for you are yours to use personally
• You may not resell, distribute, or repurpose the materials, templates, or video library provided in this service
• We retain ownership of any proprietary methods, frameworks, and resources used in our process

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of income, employment opportunities, or business relationships resulting from your use of this service
• Any unintended profile visibility changes or recruiter interactions caused by LinkedIn’s algorithm updates
• Any delays or issues arising from your failure to provide necessary materials on time
• Technical issues during video calls that are beyond our control
• Career pivot outcomes that depend on market conditions, industry demand, or other external factors

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Raleigh, North Carolina, under the governing laws of North Carolina, USA.
