AI can help you write a resume. It can’t tell you why recruiters are passing you over, why your search feels stuck, or how to look for your next role without your current employer finding out.
That’s the part that still requires a human who’s done this for years — and it’s the part I do.
How It Works
This is a single, focused 90-minute session where we look at your actual search — not a generic template — and figure out what’s going on.
1. Before We Meet: A Real Diagnostic, Not a Form
After you apply, you’ll answer a few detailed questions about your search — what you’ve tried, where you’re getting stuck, and your LinkedIn profile.
If it’s helpful, you can also share your resume in advance or bring it up on screen during our call instead — whichever feels more comfortable.
This is how I show up, already understanding your specific situation instead of starting from scratch.
2. Our 90 Minutes: Live, Focused, Yours
We’ll look at your actual search together — not a generic checklist.
Expect to walk through what’s realistically happening with your applications and outreach, talk honestly about what might be getting in the way, and build a specific, discreet plan for moving forward from here.
You can ask anything, including the questions you haven’t said out loud to anyone else yet.
3. After: Something to Actually Use
You’ll leave with a written summary sent via email of what we covered and your next steps, so you won’t have to rely on memory.
If you’d like, I can also record our session for your own reference — entirely optional, and something we’ll decide together at the start of the call, since I know discretion matters here.
Any recording is stored privately and deleted after 30 days.
This is not a done-for-you service, and I can’t promise a job offer — no one honestly can. What I can promise is that you’ll leave knowing exactly what to do differently, and why.

OPTIONAL (After strategy session): Follow-up 60-minute session — $175 flat rate for anyone who’s worked with me before and wants to revisit their strategy or prep for a specific moment. Same flat rate every time — no packages, no pressure to buy more than you need. This is a separate, optional follow-up call after the 90-minute session.

Do you write my resume or LinkedIn profile for me?
No — and honestly, AI tools do that part reasonably well now. It depends on how you prompt your chosen AI tool and how well you review your documents for the position you are applying for. I am a certified LinkedIn profile writer (NCOPE) and HR professional (aPHR). I have coached professionals for a large resume/job board company, but I do not write your documents from scratch. I help you understand why your current materials and job search approach aren’t working, and build the human strategy AI can’t. If you are getting interviews but not landing jobs, we can discuss that too.
What can I discuss during this 90-minute session?
Anything related to your job search. I can briefly review your resume, LinkedIn profile, and desired roles. I will ask about your job search and explain why there may be a disconnect costing you opportunities. We can also discuss the interview process if you are struggling. It’s always best to talk through what you are doing and get perspective from a professional who can help you see a blind spot that might be keeping you from moving forward. We can build a strategy that fits your schedule and doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed while you focus on your current job.
What if I don’t know what I want yet?
That’s a completely normal place to start. We’ll work on that in the session. I can help you figure out what you might want to do next, based on where you are and how you can pursue that next career move. We can discuss your background, the types of tasks you enjoy, and how to research a new career before making a big leap or investing in a new certification.

No, and no one honestly can. What I guarantee is a clear, honest diagnosis and a specific job search plan from one human to another.

Is this really confidential?
Yes. Many of the people I work with are quietly exploring a job change or career move, or need to job search while employed, and discretion is built into how we work together. It’s up to you whether you want the session recorded, but all clients receive a follow-up strategy by email after the call outlining what we discussed. Most of the people I work with are introverts (introverted leaders, managers, directors) and currently employed. I am an introvert myself, so I get you.
How does this session work?

After you pay for the session, I will follow up by email with any further questions and to confirm our call. We will meet on the day and time you selected via video. I will learn more about your struggles, ask questions, share insights about what could be happening, and what you can do to improve your job search. You can also ask me questions human-to-human. After the call, you’ll receive an email from me with the items we discussed during the strategy session.
